Menopause & Depression

Women are affected by depression more than men in their mid life. As the level of estrogen reduces, women may get some physical changes that may upset them more and as a result they may feel depressed.

 

Menopause depression is in fact dangerous and requires treatment as well as care and affection from the family members.

Untreated Menopause depression can affect physical health and even cause heart attack. A report shows that women are facing broken bone problem due to their depressed mind.

Healthy diet is essential in reducing depression.  Spending more time with loved ones can also reduce menopause depression.  Walking and consistent exercise regimen will help to reduce menopause depression.
